  • There are many different ways you can make a payment:
    • Digital Banking (online or in-app): Make a payment on your consumer loan or credit card from your Y-12 Credit Union account or from another financial insitution under the Pay/Transfer menu in Digital Banking.
    • Online Payment Center: Make a payment on your consumer loan, credit card, mortgage, or student loan from another financial institution using an Online Payment Center. Learn more here.
    • Phone: Make a payment by calling us at 800-482-1043 and choosing option 4. For after Credit Union hours, please call 888-339-0398 to make a payment using your account and routing number.
    • Branch: All Y-12 Credit Union branch locations accept loan payments in person and at our drive-thru Personal Teller Machines (PTMs).
    • Mail: Mail your check and loan number to:

    • Overnight Deposit: All Y-12 Credit Union branch locations offer an overnight deposit. Loan payments will be applied the next day.

    Proof of insurance documents submitted to Y-12 Credit Union must have the following information:
    • The insured's name and adress
    • The vehicle's description and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
    • Collision and comprehensive deductible amounts - collision coverage ($1,000 maximum deductible) and comprehensive coverage ($1,000 maximum deductible)
    • The policy number and current policy period
    • Y-12 Federal Credit Union listed as loss payee


  • Y-12 Credit Union members can receive a free non-obligatory insurance quote from our partner, Mountain Valley Insurance. Whether you are looking for auto, home, renters, or business insurance, rest assured that Mountain Valley Insurance will match the right coverage at the right price for your needs. Learn more here.

  • Credit cards will arrive in the mail between 7-10 business days.

  • Yes! After you have made your first payment, you can change your payment date. Please note that this option is only allowed once per loan. To change your due date, please contact us at 800-482-1043.

  • Yes! If your credit score goes up and you qualify for a lower rate, we can help adjust the rate on your loan. Please note that this option is only allowed once per loan and requires a hard credit pull. To check if you qualify to lower your interest rate, please contact us at 800-482-1043.

    • With our nationwide co-op ATM network, say goodbye to ATM fees and surcharges.
