Let us bring the branch experience to you through our online video service pilot! You can be one of the first members to try this new digital experience.


Here are a few of the video banking services we are currently testing:    

  • New Accounts

  • Account Maintenance

  • Loan Maintenance

  • Debit Cards


  • Monday - Friday

  • 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As a thank you for helping us test these new video services, you can have lunch on us! After your appointment, we will deposit $10 into your account.  We will also enter you into our monthly drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card.

Once scheduled, you will receive an email with important details about your video appointment. If you don’t get the confirmation email, be sure to check your email spam or junk folder to be safe. Some members find that adding videobanking@y12fcu.org to their trusted email list helps to ensure they get the email. If you’re not sure how to do this, no problem, just check your spam or junk folder if you don’t get a confirmation email shortly after scheduling your appointment.
