  How do I download the Digital Banking app?

  Search Y-12 Credit Union in the your App Store or Google Play to download the Digital Banking app.

  How do I enroll in Digital Banking?

  Visit the enrollment and registration page here or select Sign Up at the bottom of the mobile app’s login screen.

  Will I need to register my device in Digital Banking?

  Yes, for your protection, each new device requires a multi-factor authentication.

  How do I receive a one-time passcode (OTP) and successfully complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

  Using the mobile app
  SMS (text)
  1. You will receive a text message containing the code.
  2. You will need to navigate to your messaging app and respond to the message (without closing the mobile app).
  3. You will need to navigate back to the mobile app
  
  Call
  1. You will receive a call NOT containing the code.
  2. You will be given two options: Press 1 to Verify or Press 3 to Decline
  3. You will need to navigate back to the mobile app.
  
  If your device’s voice or text multi-factor authenticator is blocked by your service provider, please call us at 800-481-1043.
  
  Using a browser
   SMS (text)
   1. You will receive a text message containing the code.
   2. The code will need to be entered in the corresponding box on the browser.

  What should I do if I don’t remember my username or password?

  From the Digital Banking login screen, select Forgot Username or Password and follow the prompts.

  Why am I unable to save more than one username in the mobile app?

  This is not a supported feature. The username and password will need to be entered for each account.

  Why can’t I access multiple accounts using biometrics?

  You can only access one account using biometrics. For access to additional accounts, you will be required to enter your username and password.

  Why am I receiving a “This feature requires third party cookies to be enabled” message?

  Third party cookies are required to view and access enhanced features.

  How do I change my contact information in Digital Banking?

  To update your address, phone number, and employment information, navigate to the More menu and select Update Contact Information.
  
  To update your email, username, and password, navigate to the Settings menu (represented by a gear icon in the mobile app) and select My Settings.

  How do I give my accounts nicknames and customize the order of my accounts?

  Using the mobile app
   1. Log into Digital Banking and select the gear icon in the top-right of the Accounts page.
   2. Select My Settings, then scroll to the bottom of the My Settings page.
   3. Select Rename & Hide Your Accounts.
   4. Customize and restructure your accounts page.
  

  • For nicknaming an account, find the account you want rename, and type in the nickname.
  • For hiding or showing an account, select the eye icon next to the account.
  • For restructuring the order of your accounts, drag and drop each account to your preference.

  
  Using a browser
   1. Log into Digital Banking and select the Settings button above your accounts..
   2. Select Account Preferences.
   3. Customize and restructure your accounts page. 

  • For nicknaming an account, find the account you want rename, and type in the nickname.
  • For hiding or showing an account, select the eye icon next to the account.
  • For restructuring the order of your accounts, drag and drop each account to your preference.

  Why are my joint accounts no longer showing the primary name?

  These accounts show up as “joint account” with the last four numbers of the account number listed. If you would like to add a nickname to these accounts for easier review, you can do this under Account Preferences.

  Where are Loyalty Rewards found in the mobile app?

  There is a Loyalty Rewards link at the top of the Main Accounts page. There is also an option in the Cards menu.

  How can I set up and manage my alerts and notifications?

  Using the mobile app
   1. Log into Digital Banking from the app and select the gear icon from the top-right options.
   2. Select Push Notifications in the Settings menu.
   3. Toggle on or off the push notifications you would like to set up or change.
  
  Using a browser
   1. Log into Digital Banking from a browser and select My Settings from the top-right options.
   2. Under the Other settings table, select Alerts & Notifications.
   3. Select the notifications, thresholds, and channels you would like to set up or change.
  
  For credit or debit card alerts and controls, navigate to the Cards menu, then Card Management, and select Visa Transaction Controls.

  How can I view my statements?

  You can access past and current statements from the eStatement menu. If you have not enrolled in eStatements, select the eStatement menu and follow the prompts to enroll.

  Is there a tool I can use to create a budget?

  Money Management is a personal financial management tool that helps you budget and manage your finances. You’re able to see all of your financial account balances and transactions in one place – even accounts you have with other financial institutions. Create budgets, set alerts, track expenses, and see where your money is really going.

  How far back can I view my deposit and/or loan transaction history?

  You can view up to 18 months of account history when logged in on a browser and up to six months of account history when logged in the mobile app.

  Why am I getting an error message when enrolling in EasyPay as a new user?

  EasyPay requires new users to have a checking account with a positive balance ($0.01 or more) to enroll.

  Why is EasyPay requesting a one-time passcode (OTP)?

  If you update your contact information, you will be required to enter an OTP by phone the first time you log in to verify your identity.

  How can I send money to another Y-12 Credit Union member?

  Transfer to Any Member service can be set up on your Digital Banking account by calling us at 800-482-1043.

  How can I send money to anyone in the United States?

  You can transfer to any person within the U.S. through EasyPay Pay a Person (P2P) under the Pay/Transfer menu.

  Can I use an account from another financial institution to make a payment on a Y-12 Credit Union loan?

  Yes, in the Pay/Transfer menu of Digital Banking, select Pay Loan From External Account.

  Can I use a debit card or account from another financial institution to make a payment on a Y-12 Credit Union loan?

  Yes, you can use a debit or credit card at any branch, through the Online Payment Center, or by phone at a 800-482-1043. Fees apply. Please see our Fee Schedule for more information.

  Can I make a loan payment through mobile deposit?

  No, this is not available in Digital Banking. However you can make your payment through the Online Payment Center on our website.

  How long does it take to process a loan payment when setting up from an external financial institution?

  Payments using the external loan payment service are processed as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment, which typically takes three to five business days. Payments made after 4 p.m. EST are processed the next business day.

  Can I view my loan payoff?

  Yes, your loan (excluding mortgage loans) will display the payment due and the payoff amount as of the current date. For 10-day payoffs, please contact us at 800-482-1043 or visit a local branch.
