Need to make a loan payment? No worries! 

Here are six easy ways to make your next payment.

1. MOBILE DEPOSIT1

Easily deposit your check to a loan account with our Mobile Banking app.

1. Endorse the back of your check with required signatures, your account number, and the words, "For Mobile Deposit Only at Y-12 FCU."
2. Log into the mobile app and click Mobile Deposit.
3. Choose the loan account and enter the payment amount of your check.
4. Take pictures of the front and back of your check using the camera icons.
5. Click submit and you're all set!

2. ONLINE

From a Y-12 FCU Account
It's easy! Log into online or mobile banking and choose "Transfer" from the menu.

3. PHONE

Pay by calling our Member Service Center at 800-482-1043 and choosing option 4. 

If it is after credit union hours, please call us at 888-339-0398 to make a payment using your account and routing number.






4. BRANCH

All branch locations accept loan payments in person and at our drive-thru PTMs.



5. MAIL

6. OVERNIGHT DEPOSIT

All branch locations offer an overnight deposit. Loan payments will be applied the next day.




1. Mobile Deposit is for qualified members/accounts. To get started, please view our Mobile Agreement. Some restrictions may apply. Temporary holds may be placed on mobile deposits. The amount that is immediately available is based on each member's individual relationship, including factors such as years of membership, average deposit balances, loan balances, and account history. Holds will generally be released in two business days. On the mobile app, Check Holds may be seen in your Transactions, and on Online Banking, Check Holds are found under the Check and Debit Card Holds within Transactions. 2. A change in NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) authentication rules will require members to enter their online banking credentials when making an online payment from another financial institution. Learn how to validate your account using the video links below.

3. A $4.95 convenience fee will be applied to one-time payments from another institution.
