If your debit card is lost or stolen or you notice suspicious transactions, you can turn off your debit card in our Mobile App by selecting Card Controls from the menu and in Online Banking under the Services tab. If you find it a few minutes later, simply turn it back on. If not, contact us or come into any branch for a new debit card.
You may also report a lost or stolen Debit or Credit Card during business hours by contacting our Member Service Center at 865-482-1043. For after business hours, please call 1-866-839-7482.
