The VP of Data will be responsible for transforming our data ecosystem, ensuring that data-driven insights enhance member experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role will oversee big data management, AI and machine learning innovation, and data governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability in all data operations. The VP of Data must also be an effective communicator and change agent, ensuring that data-driven innovation is embedded across all business functions. This role will lead all activities related to database system operations and reporting performed by the data management team.

The Consumer Lending Consultant assists Members and potential Members with their lending needs through multiple channels such as telephone, video, email, and fax. They educate members and make recommendations for products and services, respond to problems, take loan applications, process and make loan disbursements. The Consumer Lending Consultant contributes towards the achievement of the credit union's expected financial outcomes.
Lending Operations Manager, Commercial and Mortgage
This position leads and assists the lending team through various system and operational changes in relation to current and future projects. It also assists the SVP and CLO in updating or maintaining current products, processes, and systems to maintain loan accuracy and regulatory compliance, researching other lending products for the Credit Union, and proposing changes for profitable and effective products.
