What is the You Rock Award?

At Y-12 Federal Credit Union, we believe our employees are the best of the best! We see so many of them go above and beyond every day to provide top notch service to our members. That’s why we established the You Rock award, to recognize an outstanding employee each month. Staff members can be nominated by a co-worker or member for performing above and beyond their normal work duties. That could mean anything from providing an outstanding experience for an individual member to finding ways to save money or make a process more efficient to allow us to serve members better. Monthly winners receive a prize package and are invited, along with their manager and the person who nominated them, to have lunch with our CEO. All staff are encouraged to vote for the annual President’s Award from among the monthly winners.
