What can I do at a PTM?
Extended drive-thru hours for PTMs are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Outside of these hours, ATM Plus is available.

What is ATM Plus?
With ATM Plus, enjoy more self-service features through our Personal Teller Machines (PTMs). All branches offer PTMs with ATM Plus capabilities 24/7. Please note that ATM Plus goes offline nightly between 8:45 - 9:30 p.m. for processing. During this time, the machine functions as a basic ATM.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We've got answers:
- Similar to a video chat, a Personal Teller Machine uses a built-in camera and speaker, allowing the member and teller to talk and see each other on the screen during the transaction.
- Yes! Your PTM transactions are as secure as in-branch transactions.
- Using a PTM, you can cash checks, make deposits, withdraw cash, make regular scheduled loan payments, get balances, and transfer funds.
Using ATM Plus, you can use your debit card to withdraw cash, make a transfer, and deposit money.
- Yes! The PTM works as an ATM Plus unless you tap the screen to talk with a live teller.
- Yes! You can use a driver's license for identification at the PTM.
- Personal tellers are available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

- Here are some tips and tricks for a successful transaction:
- Ensure that check endorsements have all required signatures to avoid possible delays.
- Please endorse your check legibly with Deposit to Y-12 Federal Credit Union followed by signature(s) on the next line.
- When endorsing the check, start on the top line as this will allow more room to complete the required endorsement message and signature while avoiding the possibility of overlap.
- You may deposit up to 30 items at a time: cash or checks. Please have items neatly stacked, facing the same direction, and any folds or wrinkles smoothed out.
- The daily session limit for check deposits is $25,000.00.
- Credit for deposits will be issued immediately for cash. Checks may also receive immediate credit, unless holds apply.
- Check holds may apply based on your account history and relationship.
- International Checks should not be deposited though ATM Plus.

FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY: Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we received your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day.
