Fixed Rate
We offer fixed rate for terms from 10-30 years.

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage 15/15
Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) is variable and your rate may increase after the original rate period. The adjustable rate mortgage is tied to the 10-Year CMT index. Adjustable rates cannot change more than 6% at the adjustment period and cannot adjust more than 6% over the life of the loan.

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage 5/5

Construction
One time close construction to perm. A licensed turn-key builder is required. Maximum loan-to-value is 80%. Loan products available for permanent construction financing are 5/5, 15/15 and up to 12 years fixed.

USDA
Borrower must demonstrate requirements for income eligibility with property being located in a rural eligible area.  No down payment for qualified borrowers. Loan amount may include the guaranteed fee. All USDA loan terms are for 30 years.

Jumbo Loans
Loan amounts over $484,350 may qualify for a jumbo product from our portfolio line. Products offered are 15/15 ARM, 5/5 ARM, and up to 12-Year fixed. Jumbo loans are allowed to go up 100% with no Private Mortgage Insurance. There are loan amount restrictions for loan-to-values over 97%. Rates are competitive. Jumbo loans require .50 basis point origination fee.
