We would like to put to rest any concerns you may have about accessing your accounts. While state and local officials have imposed new restrictions to limit viral exposure, banking is considered an essential service. Y-12 Federal Credit Union is open for business
and has taken the necessary measures to continue serving our members in the safest way possible.
While access to our branch lobbies is limited, members can still conduct transactions by phone, through online and mobile banking, and on an appointment basis in our branches if necessary. Our Member Service Center is offering extended service hours and are available Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Our branch drive-thrus are available Monday-Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm. We appreciate your patience, as wait times for these services may be longer due to increased demand.
