New and improved eStatement portal is here

Beginning June 1st, Y-12 Federal Credit Union eStatements will be delivered using our new and improved eStatement portal.  We are excited to offer this updated site and believe members will be pleased with the enhancements.  Here are just a few of the improved features:
  • An improved statement format, as eStatements will now look exactly like our paper statements.
  • Statements will be easier to locate, with a new menu item right on the main page of your Online Banking account.
  • eStatement notifications will now come in a Y-12 FCU branded email, making them easy to recognize and allowing us to share important information with you.
  • Statements will be available for 12 months, and you may also download a PDF version for permanent storage.  (Because this is a new platform, the history will begin building with your May 2018 statement. For copies of statements prior to that, please contact us for assistance.)
The new eStatement notifications should arrive the first week of June, so don’t be surprised by the new look.  When you sign in to the new portal for the first time, you will be prompted to accept the new Electronic Statement Consent Agreement.  After that, accessing your statements should be as simple as signing in to your Online Banking account.

If you are not currently receiving your statements electronically, this is a great time to register!  Just sign in to your Online Banking account and select eStatements from the menu bar.  It’s quick and easy, and we will even give you $5 for registering as a new member!
