Attention Samsung mobile users

Updated February 5, 2019 - We have worked with our mobile app vendor and now have a release fix for the Samsung OS 9 bug. The Samsung Android app update is now live in the Google Store. The updated app has been tested with Samsung users, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us at [email protected].

We have been alerted there is an issue regarding compatibility of the latest Android Operating System with our Mobile Banking App. Android 9 (Pie) is currently being rolled out to some Samsung devices, based on device type and carrier. Samsung devices that upgrade to the Android version 9 OS are currently not compatible with our mobile application. Members using these devices will no longer be able to login to the Y-12 FCU mobile banking app
. This issue is limited to
Samsung devices only, not Pixel or other devices that have been on Android 9 OS.
Correcting the compatibility with the new Samsung Android 9 Operating System and our mobile app on Samsung devices is our top priority. We are diligently working toward a solution with our mobile vendor. In the meantime, if this issue affects you, you may access our mobile web interface by using the link below.
