Online Banking

Here, you’ll never have to schedule your life around our hours. Just manage your account when you have a minute – right before your next meeting, while waiting for the kids to finish soccer practice or whenever. We’re here when you need us. In fact, we’re online all the time.

Mobile Banking

Here’s what you need to know about our Mobile Banking: It’s safe, secure and works wherever you are, whenever you need it. Even better? The mobile app has crazy-useful features – like fingerprint sign-in, digital “on/off” switch for peace of mind card control, and an at-a-glance view of your account. It’s especially good for those moments you have a minute – but not a second more.

Mobile Deposit

We make depositing checks a snap – as in it’s as easy as snapping a picture. Simply download our Mobile Banking app, endorse your check, snap a photo of the front and back of it, confirm the dollar amount, hit ‘submit’ and just like that, your deposit is complete.

Bill Payment

Save time and save trees: Pay your bills online instead of with paper checks and envelopes. Our Bill Pay lets you pay your bills quickly and efficiently from your personal computer or phone. It’s free, easy AND good for the environment. You can’t beat that.

Digital Wallet

Ready to pay with the wave of your phone? Sign up with your cell provider’s Digital Wallet service, then, load your Y-12 credit and debit cards to make secure payments with contactless payment devices. It’s so quick and easy, you’ll wonder why you even carry your wallet around anymore. 


What if instead of constantly trying to figure out what’s going on with your money, that information came straight to you? With e-Alerts, it does. Get a text messages if your balance is low or when your direct deposit paycheck shows up in your account. We’ll even tell you when bills are due, making forgetting to pay a thing of the past.


Stop us if you’ve heard this one: You’ve misplaced your paper statement while doing that last-minute super-fast cleanup dash before guests arrive. Ready to reduce the clutter? Sign up for eStatements and get your information delivered to your email inbox, and save a tree while you’re at it.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is like a personal assistant who collects your paycheck and brings it here to the credit union on your behalf. With Direct Deposit, your paycheck, pension, Social Security or tax refund checks are automatically deposited directly into your account. Now, if only it worked for putting away laundry, too.

ATM Locations

One cool thing about credit unions is that they work together. For example, we’re part of the Cirrus, CO-OP, Quest, Pulse, and Plus ATM networks. That means you’ll enjoy access to thousands of ATMs located across the country. Membership sure does have perks, am I right!?

Card Control

At one time or another, you probably wished for more control over your cards – like that time you misplaced your card at the Thai restaurant (or shoe shopping, or when you left it at the gas pump). Well, take a deep breath, relax and know you can take control with Y-12 FCU’s card controls. Use your smart phone to monitor your finances, set spending limits, modify those limits, disable your card and – when you inevitably find it in the pocket of your jeans – enable it again.

Banking by Phone

We’re over the moon about our Member Audio Response Service (MARS). It allows members to call anytime, day or night, to receive account balance information. (Currently only available on Earth.)

Fraud Alerts

As one of our members, your money is always safe, and fraud text alerts add yet another level of protection. We’ll text you the moment we suspect suspicious activity. The faster you know about fraudulent activity on your accounts, the faster you can get the help you need… and if you really ARE in the Caymans, maybe you’ll bring us back a souvenir.
