eAlerts are available now for all Y-12 Federal Credit Union Home Banking members.
eAlerts are messages sent to you to notify you via text and/or email of certain transactions or events happening on your account. Some examples include: low balance, low available balance, daily balance summary, non-sufficient funds (NSF) alert, Courtesy Pay (CP) fee alert, direct deposit received alert, loan past due alert, etc. There are several more alert options available, and there is no limit to how many you can sign up for.
To set up your eAlerts, just log into your CyberLink Home Banking account to get started. Then, click on the “Add e Alert” image to set up your alerts. You can manage your eAlerts at any time through our CyberLink Home Banking system. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
