Supported Browsers

NetTeller browser requirements:

The Online Banking portion of the Y-12 website requires an updated browser to securely and reliably operate.

Our new NetTeller online banking solution supports the last three major releases of all major browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.

Javascript and cookies must be enabled for Online Banking to function correctly.

If you are an Apple user, it will be supported with the three latest Safari browsers.

We recommend that all Windows XP users upgrade to a supported version of Windows and a current browser if possible.

Mobile Banking video

To sign up for Mobile Banking, you must first be an Online Banking user.

*Mobile Deposit is for qualified members/accounts. To get started, please view our Mobile Deposit Agreement. Some restrictions may apply. Temporary holds may be placed on mobile deposits. The amount that is immediately available is based on each member's individual relationship, including factors such as years of membership, average deposit balances, loan balances, and account history. Holds will generally be released in two business days. On the mobile app, Check Holds may be seen in your Transactions, and on Online Banking, Check Holds are found under the Debit Card Holds within Transactions. Banking by Phone

Banking by Phone

We call our Banking by Phone Service the Member Audio Response Service (MARS). It allows you to keep track of your accounts around the clock using a touch-tone telephone. Just call 483-MARS, 584-MARS or call toll-free if calling outside Anderson and Knox counties at 1-800-676-3335 to access the MARS service.

You will be prompted to enter your account number and create a PIN number. You will then hear a menu allowing you to perform a variety of transactions, including balance inquiries, history inquiries and transfers. This is just another way your credit union is providing you anytime, anywhere access to your accounts.
